        The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
      • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
      • Please note that local charges may occur. 
      • Hyperbole.Art reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
      • There's no restock for sold-out pieces. The product images shown on the page are simply illustrative.

      Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

    What are the shipping costs?

    FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING All our orders are dispatched using DHL, UPS, DPD, or FedEx. These carriers allow me to ship my artwork globally while maintaining high quality. My art studio is located in Germany.

    How to track my order?

    Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include a 'Track Your Order' button. This will take you directly to the tracking website so you can follow live tracking updates!

    Are the frames included?

    Frames are not included in the order. Add a frame with your print in the same order, and we will professionally frame the artwork for you.

    Digital product is delivered immediately. Shipping time may vary due to customs rules of your country.

    What is your return policy?

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please note that digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

    Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have ordered to a P.O. Box and are unable to receive the package, please contact us at info@hyperbole.art. We can arrange to send it to a family member or friend instead. Once we receive the updated information, we will notify the shipping carriers to change the recipient/address accordingly.

    HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
    The art prints are carefully rolled and packed in a sturdy, protective cardboard tube to prevent any damage during transit (this applies only to unframed prints). Framed art prints are shipped "ready to hang" and come professionally framed at no additional cost when both the art print and frame are ordered together.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will first receive an email confirming that your order has been paid for and is ready to be shipped. After that, you'll get a thank you email, and in the third email, you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please double-check that these emails don’t end up in your Junk folder, as they can occasionally be misdirected there. If you haven't received an email with a tracking link or if there are no tracking updates, please email us at info@hyperbole.art with the name or email you used for the order, and we'll assist you in tracking it.

    If you have received your tracking number, you can track your product using the provided link.

    HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
    Order fulfillment takes between 2-5 business days, depending on the volume of orders we receive, plus an additional 2-10 business days for shipping, which varies based on the destination. Please keep in mind that we print these orders on demand rather than shipping from pre-printed stock, so it may take us a few extra days to prepare everything.

    UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?
    Please reach out to us with your tracking number at info@hyperbole.art, and we will help you.

    WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you. However, we may ask for your assistance before doing that, such as confirming that the shipping address was correct. It is also advisable to contact your local post office to try locating the lost order.

    Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you claim you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

    Local Taxes:
    No customs or local taxes apply to orders shipped to the EU, Norway, and Australia. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility for orders outside the EU, Norway, and Australia.

    EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
    If your merchandise is being shipped to a customer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately at info@hyperbole.art However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly. 

    How do I contact?

    Send us an email to info@hyperbole.art for any questions. We will answer Monday - Friday within 24 hours. 

    How do I return my order?

    Register your return via info@hyperbole.art. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

    Can I order any artwork with my own dimensions or designs?

    I didn't recieve an order Confirmation.

    If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@hyperboler.art to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

    Local Taxes

    Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU. 

    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, therefore Criss Bellini reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
